Busy time for farmers around here. Most crops are in for the year.
Except cotton. In the early morning it looks like snow in the field.
Soon enough it will be.

    I've never personally seen cotton growing, only pictures. Glad I don't have to pick it! I'll bet it is interesting to watch the whole process from planting to growing to harvesting.

    Wicked thorns surround the cotton. Now huge machines
    replace painful hands and bad back aches which folks
    must have suffered in harvest time. I can understand
    why my grandpa left the family farm farm.
