Lotus Pond


The pieces are together and this waits for embroidery. More
contrast and dark elements needed. But the base is done.

  3. The symmetry and patch-like pieces evoke traditional quilting patterns, but again and again you subvert that expectation using such distinctive and beautiful fabrics and colors. Where did you get those exquisite moths? This piece has a sea/land/sky progression that always appeals to me.

      helped me listen to myself-thank you! The moths were taken from postage stamps of different countries. I'm always on the prowl for copyright free images of living beings.
